BBK Long Tube Headers – 5.7L HEMI (Titanium Ceramic Coated) Upgrade exhaust flow and performance on your 5.7L HEMI with these BBK full-length long tube headers, designed to deliver an estimated 20–25 HP and torque increase over stock shorty headers. Built with 1-3/4" CNC mandrel-bent 16-gauge primary tubes, they provide smoother, less restricted exhaust flow for stronger power gains.
These headers feature 3/8" thick laser-cut flanges for a durable, leak-resistant seal and are pressure tested to ensure reliable performance. Finished in a titanium ceramic coating for improved heat resistance and long-term durability. New gaskets and hardware are included.

Installation Notes
These long tubes require the matching BBK short high-flow mid pipe (P/N 40461) to complete installation. The 40461 mid pipe is 3", compatible with most 3" aftermarket catbacks. It can also be used with the factory 2-3/4" catback, but a reducer will be needed for proper fitment.
