(2015+ Hellcat, Demon, Redeye) Snow Performance Multi-Pump Fuel Hat

Snow Performance’s Multi-Pump Fuel Hats offer a clean, high-output solution for serious fuel system builds—eliminating messy T-fittings, hose clamps, and failure-prone rubber lines. Each hat features a CNC-machined 6061 billet aluminum manifold with precision passages, secure pump mounting, and Viton O-rings for a reliable, leak-free seal.

Manufactured in the USA and finished in black anodized billet aluminum, these fuel hats provide excellent corrosion resistance and are fully compatible with E85 and ethanol blends.

Fuel System Design

• 10AN ORB feed and 8AN ORB return ports

• Optional swivel adapters support 10AN, 8AN, or 6AN plumbing

• Designed for return-style fuel systems only

• Compatible with gasoline and ethanol blends (E10–E98); not compatible with methanol

Pump Options

• Configurable with 2 or 3 genuine TI Automotive (Walbro) pumps

• Available flow rates: 450 LPH, 470 LPH (Hellcat 525), or 490 LPH (535)

• OE reliability with high-flow performance capability

Advanced Fuel Control

• Merged pump sock design feeds all pumps from a single pickup to prevent fuel starvation

• Integrated 10-micron pre-filter supplies all pumps without requiring full submersion

• Ideal for staged street setups using boost-activated control (sold separately)

Available Configurations

• 2-Pump Street: 450 + 470 LPH — supports 1000+ rwhp (E85) / 1300+ rwhp (gas)

• 3-Pump Street: 450 + two 470 LPH — supports 1500+ rwhp (E85) / 2000 rwhp (gas)

• 3-Pump Race: three 470 LPH — supports 1600+ rwhp (E85) / 2100 rwhp (gas)

• 3-Pump Xtreme: three 490 LPH — supports 1900+ rwhp (E85) / 2500 rwhp (gas)
