Snow Performance Dual Pump Fuel Hat (05+ LX/LD Charger, Challenger, 300, Magnum)

Snow Performance’s Multi-Pump Fuel Hats are a clean, high-output solution for serious fuel system upgrades—eliminating messy T-fittings, hose clamps, and failure-prone rubber lines. Each hat features a CNC-machined 6061 billet aluminum manifold with precision-cut internal passages, Viton O-rings, and secure pump mounting for a leak-free, OE-quality fit.

Built in the USA and finished in black anodized billet aluminum, these hats offer excellent durability and corrosion resistance, making them fully compatible with E85 and ethanol blends.

Design & Plumbing

• 10AN ORB feed and 8AN ORB return ports

• Optional swivel adapters allow 10AN, 8AN, or 6AN line routing

• Designed for return-style fuel systems only

Pump Options & Fuel Compatibility

• Configurable with 2 or 3 genuine TI Automotive (Walbro) pumps

• Available flow rates: 450 LPH, 470 LPH (Hellcat 525), or 490 LPH (535)

• Supports gasoline, E10–E98, and E85 (not compatible with methanol)

Advanced Fuel Control

• Single merged pump sock feeds all pumps to prevent fuel starvation

• Integrated 10-micron pre-filter supplies all pumps without full submersion

• Ideal for staged street setups using boost-activated control (sold separately)

• 2-Pump Street: 450 + 470 LPH — up to 1000+ rwhp E85 / 1300+ gas

• 3-Pump Street: 450 + two 470 LPH — up to 1500+ rwhp E85 / 2000 gas

• 3-Pump Race: three 470 LPH — up to 1600+ rwhp E85 / 2100 gas

• 3-Pump Xtreme: three 490 LPH — up to 1900+ rwhp E85 / 2500 gas (all pumps must run together)
